• Written opinions on patentability, patent validity, infringements, enforceability, etc.;
• Assisting clients in patent and trademark enforcement and patent and trademark litigation by providing written expert opinions to be submitted before the Italian Courts in intellectual property matters;
• Assisting the Italian Courts by being appointed as Judge’s technical experts in law suits involving I.P. rights.
