• Legal assistance and representation in litigation and dispute resolution before national and international Courts, Antitrust Authorities, Arbitration for the protection or enforcement of I.P. rights, company names, domain names and distinctive signs in general, unfair competition and antitrust affairs, copyright and related causes of action such as trade secret misappropriation and misuse, international contracts, company affairs, etc.;
• Licensing and transfer of I.P. rights and drafting of related deeds and agreements;
• Legal assistance in drafting and negotiating on a broad range of national and international business contracts, such as agency, manufacturing and distribution agreements, joint-ventures, franchising, merchandising, shareholders and partnership agreements, sales and acquisitions of businesses, financing, corporate restructuring transactions etc.;
• Legal opinions on I.P. issues, as novelty and registrability of trademarks and designs before filing an application, unfair competition, advertising, validity and infringement problems, conflicts of trademarks with corporate names, sign boards and geographic names, or domain names on the Internet.
