• Dealing with any Office Action issued by U.I.B.M., O.H.I.M. and O.M.P.I.;
• Technical and legal advise for out-of court and in court actions on trademark infringement, validity matters, assignments, licenses, enforcement, etc.;
• Dealing with renewal of national, community and international registrations.
